Meeting with a lot of people via video conferencing can get a bit tricky. To ease the process, Meeting Point has the necessary tools to make meetings orderly, productive and ensure they do not last forever.
For instance, meeting attendees can ask to speak without having to interrupt each other thanks to the "ask to speak" button. When a person asks to speak, a hand is raised on this person’s icon image, so the moderator can allow this person to speak when appropriate, thereby avoiding interruptions that would carry the meeting on forever.
Also very useful for meetings and conferences, because it allows you to formulate questions in writing to be answered once a presentation or talk is over, as well as annotate the key points of the meeting, is the chat feature. During the video conference you can write on the chat-board, visible to everyone, so that questions can be raised and notes can be written down, without interrupting.
Unlike other video conferencing tools, which require attendees to download programs or register in the tool itself in order to join the meeting, with Meeting Point guests will not have to download any program or create an account to access. This simplifies client meetings and prevents attendees from getting delayed due to software installation issues and/or access problems and ensures they do not join a business meeting already stressed out due to issues with the video conferencing system itself.
Meeting Point does not require prior registration or any software installation, nor an account to be created: they will only have to access the weblink you send them. When you create a meeting, a unique weblink is generated that you can forward to the meeting guests so they connect at the agreed-upon time. Additionally, for extra security, you can set a password to access the meeting.
