Common reasons for log-in problems

Check the clock on your PC
If the date and time on your PC are incorrect, you will be unable to log in to your Telsome account.

Check your browser settings
Make sure that your browser is configured correctly:

Internet Explorer:

• Click on the "Start"-button in the bottom left-hand corner
• Go to "Settings" and then "Control Panel"
• Go to "Internet Options"
• Go to the "General" tab
• Go to the section that says "Temporary Internet Files" and click on "Settings"
• Go to the section that says "Check for newer versions of stored pages" and tick the option that says "Every time you start Internet Explorer"
• Click "OK"

Cookies:

• Go to the tab that says "Privacy"
• Make sure that the privacy level is set to "accept all cookies" (the privacy level can be adjusted by sliding the horizontal bar up or down).
• Under the "General" tab, you can delete all cookies by clicking on the button that says "Delete Cookies". If you only want to delete cookies from telsome.dk, you will need to delete these manually from the "Cookies" folder in your personal area (usually C:\Documents and Settings\. Just delete those cookies that contain the word "Telsome" in the filename.

Javascript:
Telsome.dk makes use of javascript, so you need to make sure that this is enabled in your browser. Internet Explorer has javascript enabled by default unless you or your system administrator has subsequently disabled it.

To enable Javascript:

• Go to the "Security" tab
• Click on "Custom Level"
• Locate the menu titled "Scripting" (this will be near the bottom of the list in newer versions of Explorer)
• Immediately under the "Scripting" menu, set the "Active Scripting" option to "Enable"
• Click "OK" og close the window.

If you have carried out any of the above changes, you should close and re-open your browser to make sure that your changes take effect.
